Our kitchen comes from the team behind Bodean’s, Pitboss. Their mission is to introduce the unmistakable essence of smokehouse flavours and genuine American BBQ to our Hackney boozer. Each of their smoked meats is seasoned with secret rubs and slow-smoked in oak-fired pits, before being brought to us direct to keep you fueled for an afternoon, or an evening, at the pub, pint in hand and footy on the telly.
